|[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note|
|First good rain in 4 months. Although the rain was only light when I took the photo, the galahs (Cacatua roseicapilla assimilis) were trying their hardest to enjoy it. They are well known for hanging upside down from wires or branches with wings widespread to catch the cool cleansing rain. Also known as the Pink and Grey parrot for obvious reasons.|
And yes, I know I seem to be recently going through a series of washed out backgrounds and hand holding too long a lens, but I could not resist this happy chap!

Odile, this is a highly amusing picture of this bird hanging from a branch. Your note gives clear explanation to this act.
The picture is well captured even if the tip of one wing has been clipped, apparently at the shooting stage.
The colours on this bird are very attractive.
Fantastic moment you captured with great skill and efficiency.

Great photo of this Galah in a very attractive pose, beautiful colours and excellent sharpness. The contrast against the light background is just fine.
Agréable publication valorisant relativement bien le sujet dans une attitude pour le moins originale.
A bientôt sur TN pour de nouvelles aventures.
great pose, TFS Ori
