[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The Grevillea Pterifolia is one of the most spectacular of grevilleas. It grows across the northern parts of Australia and can grow as a large shrub (about 2m) or as a tree that can grow up to 14m.
The orange flowers are large - 8-22cm long. For Aboriginals it has been a good sauce of nectar. Honey eaters love the flowers.
