[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is a male Red Lacewing - Athosia Chrysippe. the only bright red butterfly in Australia.
Once again it is a little noisy due to low light and very high ISO.

Hi Ian,not easy to have a good shot like your with a dark butterfly on a clear background and in a difficult light too,a very professional shot for this lovey beautiful taken in the best wings position! Have a nice evening and thanks,Luciano

hello Ian
une très bonne prise, les ailes ouvertes permettent une bonne observation des détails et des couleurs
Bonnes salutations

Ciao Ian, great macro of fantastic butterfly, wonderful colors, fine details and splendid sharpness, very well done, my friend, ciao Silvio

Hi Ian,

The tight frame is putting the insect in evidence. The point of view is showing the details of the Red lacewing butterfly. The light is giving good colors rendering. Have a nice day.
