[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
An Australian Painted Lady (Vanessa kershawi) with a wingspan of around 5cm. This is a profile of individual I post yesterday. Here you can clearly see the proboscus with theflowers of the Round-fruited Tea-tree (Leptospermum sphaerocarpum).
Hope you all have a wonderful New Years eve and I'll see you all again next year.

You handle exposure of the white flowers very well.

Note:**

A good macro, but it would have been better to increase f-stop to f11 to get better details.

Good, but what do you think about decreasing f? BG should be more blurred then and your subject more visible. Anyway - very good picture.

Happy New Year to you!

Good macro Chris. I think that your DOF is just perfect. But I would have blurred a little bit the bakcground. Either by decreasing F or using the Blur tool in PP.
I dared a very humble workshop.
Happy New Year.
