Pair of beauties
Two for one, it works for me :)
I like the warm color and exposure, nice detail.
As you may know I've tried the b-fly house thing, most difficult due to the low light. I don't know that I'll ever do it again..too frustrating!

Splendid capture of this couple!
The vivid colours and appealing patterns on the wings are just great.
Good focus, sharpness and clea details.
Love the green tones on the background and the shadows there.
Congratulations and thanks for share it.

Good color and both butterflies are good specimens. Background environment looks good; the green contrasts nicely with their colors. I'm gonna have to share some of my butterflies sometime but all the good ones were taken at butterfly exhibits.

your presentation of "Butterflies in Captivity" looks very nice - really inviting to go to such a place where we can walk a path through tropical vegetation and see many those amazingly colorful creatures well within reach. I remember that several years ago we had a place of that kind in Vienna, and a visit there in wintertime never failed to give me a real kick - one of the best remedies against the mid-winter-blues I know of.
Well chosen depth of field, clear details, very pleasant gentle colours in this presentation.
The butterfly half covered by the Brown Clipper (Parthenos sylvia) looks to me like a Common Mormon Swallowtail (Papilio polites).
With thanks, and my best wishes to you,
These two butterflies give me the notion of two aeroplanes coming in for landing. What a colourful presentation. A tip-top and delightful image, showing us not only one but two different kinds of butterflies all in one. The focus is excellent and the composition good, and I like the green background. I really try to photograph the butterflies in the garden but they have such a huge amount of energy and do not sit still for a second. I walk behind them like a crazy thing, follow them and hide from them but they just donít want so sit still. I really enjoyed looking at this photo. Thanks for sharing.
Ps. Please have a look at my latest posting's notes, as you are nominated as one of the role players in my story.
