Back again after long time.
This pic was taken last month from Dormilon summit. It looks to the west of the Andes range, were you can see both the path to Chile, the Nahuel Huapi lake (Rincon bay)and the Panguinal Lake at the back.
Dormilon mountain is an old volcano (1786mts) and it was thought to be the first ski resort in Patagonia by Hans Nobl and the National Park administration(1936). As itīs hard to get here during winter, the ski resort was located at Bariloche. This place remains as one of the best places to do some cross-country ski. |
