A carpenter ant (Camponotus mus)capting my presence but not sure about the danger, it put the abdomen under it body, surely touching my house´s wall were it was because can receive with hairs some vibrations. Notice the open jaws ready to defense.

Gracias por el comentario Hernán ... y es que tengo una canon 400D que es un churro. Un año y tres reparaciones; ya no se si es la luz, la cámara, pero parece un sonajero.
Curiosa e interesante tu toma, parece por la pose y los colores de ciencia ficción.

What a movement, what a shot, wow! I like it, the light is bouncing on the ant, it is a little blurred but that gives a fantastic action effect. Great macro!
