A wasp (Polistes sp), known here as "avispa colorada" (means red wasp, litteraly colorado/a is a word that represent all warm tonalities), its bite is very painful.
These wasp are comunicating with antennae in its small nestle; you can see them working in workshop image

Hello Hernán,
Technically a fine macro with excellent sharpness and lighting showing fine details of this wasp in this frontal view and the antennal comunication is well seen.
I thinks I prefer the WS image of these wasps at work though. Both images make up a fine contribution and thanks for sharing them.

Hello Hernan,

What a fine macro you have made! The DOF is very well chosen so that the whole head of the insect is in focus. Light has been very well used showing well saturated and intense colors. There is s fine contrast between insect's colors and the nest it is sitting on.
