|What a beginning for a trip to Antarctica. |
We saw many Austral parakeets on the way to Antarctica. I'm not sure how we choose photos taken in South Georgia and Falkland islands(Islas malvinas)
They are british overseas territories but which country i should choose for them?

Although a bit busy, but effective portrait, the plumage of the parakeet seems like a pearl. Great sharpness, lights and details. About where to find South Georgia and the Falklands on TN: Europe - United Kingdom - Other. Both have an active link, I mean there are photos already posted on TN from both territories.
Kind regards from Ireland, László

Hi Emin,a magnificent composition with this parakeet inside a daisies carpet, very very bright colors and fine detail of the plumage despite the difficult location, for me a masterwork! Have a nice week and thanks,Luciano
Boa profundidade de campo!

What a lovely parakeet captured in a blanket of beautiful flowers. Very sharp focus showing excellent detail and rich natural colors. Wonderful eye contact and perfectly exposed. Well done!!
Beautiful bird and well captured. I like POV, sitting in the flowering field.
Thanks for sharing,
