Austral Patagonia, a land of such extremes: blue ice, black rock, milk fogs, sharp winds and frosty ocean saltwater that meets the celestial glacier turcoise sweetwater lakes... Its all in there and its not as scary as you may think but so incredibly beautiful, primordial, unspoiled and raw natural in all its splendor, yes, thats what I think, I mightve even left my heart there...

beautiful Radu, just beautiful.

Excellent composition and it certainly gives a good impession of the raw nature you witnessed.

Cred ca ai avut o excursie pe cinste. Peisajele sunt ca de pe o alta lume. Si albastrul ala aproape ireal ...

Cu bine, Petru

Hi Radu,
Great post that when combined with the note truly reflects the patagonian mood.
I wish you to go back there soon and bring us some more fantastic views.
TFS - Shir.

Hi Radu,
wow, majestic mountains and ice, it's a wonderful view, seems to be cold, brrrr.
We also have the first snow today, when I look outside it's white everywhere.
Thanks for sharing this impressing shot with us, bye

Awesome photo Radu!!!!

I like your words in the note very much, true, heartfelt and perfect.

Great capture of this ancient and mystifying ice cap and mountains.

Thank you for sharing this wonderful memory with us.

"I might've even left my heart there..."
That's beautiful :)

Photo is beautiful too ;) The colours of glacier are exceptional. The ice in FG with almost B&W mountain in BG create another amazing, collage_like patagonian shot.
I like it very much :)

Just amazing. Excellent exposure, which was not easy, I expect. Brilliant colours.
Loads of texture.
How do you get to go to such beautiful places?

Hi Radu, brilliant shot. I think thatīs the end of Glaciar Perito Morene. Excellent!
Very beautiful composition... a great moment... an excellent shot... very well done. Thanks for posting.

Very impressive!

Hi Radu! You went to some very strange but beautiful places. Not the prettiest landscape I have seen, but it is quite impressive.
Picture is very sharp and you did very well with this hard to expose subject. You kept detais almost all over except the snow on the left, and the foggy sky of course. Not an easy one.
Excellent work and TFS.
