|The Monarch butterfly, about which there's already a lot of information on TN, here photographed in the Department of Tarija - the first inclusion on TN from there.|
Tarija is one of the prettiest regions of Bolivia with it's valleys, low mountains, forests and plains and wonderful temperate climate. It’s been compared to Andalucía Spain and is home to some of the highest vineyards in the world.

What a pretty, perfect picture this is, and how well is your presentation of it. Postcard quality for sure. Very creatively done. The atmosphere that surrounds it, it that of happiness and sunshine. What a pleasure to have seen this colourful and most sunny view, as we are in the winter season now. Thanks for sharing. Best regards.
