Thats a beautiful shot - very powerful diagonal there. Minuses are visible in the noise, blown highlights and strange ufo lights at the bottom but overall I'd say this image is very pleasing. Thanks for sharing!

Nice composition and lighting in this one. Khris pointed out the minuses. The light renders part of the spider translucent, which is very nice to look at.
f/2.8 gives you not much DOF, but you focused correctly on the "face" and body. You could handhold lower than 1/400, so I would suggest to use a larger f/stop. 1/60 should still work, 1/100 to be on the safe side.
In any case a picture pleasing to the eye, well done!

Hi Alejandro, a very good view of this spider. I love the composition and the details are pretty good. You've done very well with the lighting although there are some OE patches on the vegetation.

Buena composicion con esta excellente diagonal en gradiente.
Me gusta la luz que convierte partes de la araña en translucidas.
Sigo pensando que si utilizaras un programa como el NeatImage antes del procesado, eliminarias el molesto ruido caracteristico de la Lumix en el fondo de los macros, y tus fotos quedarían mucho más finas.
