Very nice details on the plumage despite the harsh light on the right hand side. The branch gives a good composition to the photo,and I like the bromeliad just behind the bird's head.
I would suggest to crop the right hand side of the photo to lose all the white empty space.
Sorry but I do not know the name of the species.
