[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note

Grasshoppers have had a long relationship with humans. Swarms of locusts have had dramatic effects that have changed the course of history, and even in smaller numbers grasshoppers can be a serious issue. They are eaten as food and also feature in art, symbolism and literature.

Hello Paulo,
Great shot of this mature Grasshopper. Looks very similar to the ones we have here in Ohio. Focus is sharp displaying wonderful detail. Colors are natural and I like the diagonal composition. Nice exposure considering you had such harsh lighting to deal with.

Ciao Paulo, great macro of fantastic grasshopper, fine details, excellent sharpness, wonderful colors and splendid light, very well done, my friend, have a good week end, ciao Silvio
