very nice and interesting specie. so colorful !!

Hi Andreia,
it's unbelievable what strange insects you have in your country. Wow, this guy is lovely. The colour, the Pompons, it's cute, thanks

Hi andreia,
Incredible specy. Captured with vivid colors and great details.
Some technical nits though:
- Too centered. Try "rule of thirds" in Google for useful tips.
- I may have chosen to focus on the butt instead of the side because it's located in front on the pic.

Dear Andreia,
This caterpillar, as well as your photo are both stunning! Are we actually looking at the front?
Here in South Africa, we do have them totally symmetric - to confuse enemies - i.e. front and back look alike at first sight.
I do like the way you controlled the depth of field, thus achieving a beautiful, pastel coloured background.

Focus is perfect, colours brilliant, and the way you make us look up at the animal makes is mesmerizing.

Is this a fossilised tree-stump in the foreground?

Perfect presentation of a perfect animal, and I add it to my favorites.
Enjoy the rest of your Sunday,
Kid Regards

Hello Andreia,
a very beautiful macro capture of this caterpillar taken from an excellent POV, good sharpness and splendid bright colours, a nice composition.
Best regards

Ficou muito boa esta foto!

Andréia, parabens por essa foto. Aproveitou muito bem a luz solar, o que eu sempre tento conseguir , evitando assim o uso do Flash.
Belissimas cores , nota 10!!
