Hi Adilson,
Color-wise an excellent photo, so pity you posted it in "dollhouse size" - although it's obvious, even in small, that the photo lacks a bit of sharpness. Composition and background blur seems OK but the watermark is too big compared to the photo size, therefore grabbing the viewer's attention. Anyway, if you have CS3 on your PC (as I see), do the post-processing work the best possible way (re-sizing, selective sharpening etc. etc. - you can post up to 300 KB, while this image has only 98 KB in size. The more you get closer to the 300 KB limit, the more your photos will be sharper).
