|Anartia jatrophae ssp|
Anartia is a genus of butterflies in family Nymphalidae, and subfamily Nymphalinae, found in tropical and subtropical areas in the Americas. The butterflies are all known as Peacocks, although the common European Peacock is not in the same genus.
Butterflies of this species more often perch with open wings.
Wingspan of about 7 cm.
Low sensitivity to noise and approximation. A friendly model.
PS - Not the same specimen from my previous upload.
