water droplets are allowed in TN? i don't remember properly, but i think i had read it in TOS sometime back. anyway, not interested to check again. leave it.
i liked this presentation a lot. the colour is very soothing... going absolutely with the glitter of the drop. nice note.

Ana, the poet, at her best here!
Suspended droplets of water fascinate us all. To create such a beautiful picture with them is sheer work of art. The droplet mirrors the surroundings beautifully in your fantastic composition, Ana.

Bom dia aNa!
Lindo e poético post.A composição é excelente,as cores são fantásticas e a nitidez irrepreensível... acho que só falta o cheiro quente da terra húmida.
Obrigado,um abraço e bom fim de semana!

Hi Ana,the choice of the purple petal to support the drop is really great and unusual,i like the idea and the excellent realisation, the details and the reflections of the brilliant drop are reallt fantasics, nice to see something to different on TN.Have a nice weekend and thanks,Luciano
The type of camera that you use is very good for close-up and macro photography and this is an excellent example. And, of course, your creativity shines through here. Very beautiful and with the focus just in the right place. A very original and touching note too.
Is it some aliasing that we see bottom right on the petal? Very interesting and I am not so sure that aliasing is always a bad thing with digital photography but I still need to come to a conclusion. With some of my images I see moire at low magnification which vanishes as soon as I enlarge. Maybe we can start a thread about the moire effect and whether it is seen despite the anti-aliasing filters that most cameras have, and whether it is a bad thing after all.
Well done and best wishes.

I welcome your creative experiments. The drop is reproduced perfectly with crisp sharp details. Colours of the shot are wonderful as well as the level of blurriness. Composition of the image is disputable a little bit. My compliments and TFS.

Une bonne idée et un parfait focus sur la gouttelette. Une couleur fine et belle pour la pétale de fleur. La "composition" ne me semble pas vraiment attractive, tu aurais éventuellement pu prendre la photo de manière frontale.

Wonderful refraction through the water drop. Nice composition and POV.
Best regards Siggi
I made a oops with my critique today with your Jackfruit photo. I meant to give you a 2 point smiley. Tried later to fix it but I couldn't, so I'm adding it to your lovely "A drop of water" photo.
