Dear Paolo,
I think this belongs to the Family Tettigoniidae based on long, filimentous antennae. It is also a female (note ovipositor on posterior). Had never seen one like this ... may be another family of the Order Orthoptera. Excellent focus on the essential elements of the insect.

WOW what an odd looking insect!! Great capture, and i think you caught all of him!! He looks like he is a mixture of bee and cricket!
