Erythemis mithroides (Brauer, 1900) – Claret Pondhawk
Erythemis peruviana (Rambur, 1842) – Flame-tailed pondhawk.

A great shot of this beautiful dragonfly in an attractive pose. Focus is sharp showing excellent detail and rich yet natural colors. The exposure is right on the money and I like it's diagonal position on the blade of grass. Well done!!
