Very nice composition, Ina. Colors work well too, between the overall grey feeling and just the colorful blue paint on the board. If I may, I would suggest the following: the use of your fill-in flash to brighten your subject against the rather dull environment; also a lighter sharpening (oversharpening artefacts are visible on contrasted elements like mountain fringes, pelican head finges. A note about this pelican would be appreciated too. Anyway, it's a good composition and you succeed very well in conveying the fishing harbour atmosphere.
Aren't they amazing! What I really love about this shot as well is the boat, those washed out blue's - brilliant.
A great capture.
