Hi Jose.
Great portrait of the bird with classic composition and expression of the model face (eyes). Lights and colours are perfect as well as the terrific details. DOF is shallow a bit. At close distance DOF is always shallow and it is needed to use smaller aperture value. My best wishes and compliments.

Wow this is a real close-up. Not just a small one. A real big and glamorous one. This is a wonderful example of an excellent portrait. The detail of this bird is really stunning. Lovely big shiny brown eye.
If you got any closer I am sure you would have photographed its brains. Focus is spot-on. Thanks for sharing. It was most enjoyable to look at. Have a lovely weekend.

This is a great close-up of the Southern Grey Saltator showing just the head in a fine pose and from a great POV. The sharpness and details are astounding, especially against the light green bokeh BG.

Another very beautiful portrait from you, my friend!
The details on the head of this Grayish Saltator are really very good and sharp...i like that a lot.
What i like more than that is the superb BG - with its lovely color and blur.
But what i like even more, is that fantastic reflection from its eye...that's the little piece that really makes this picture GREAT!
