yes!!!the desert in Venezuela is there!!! Located on a
peninsula at the north of the deserted country,ce is swept by the coastal breezes which deposit little by little sand. More in the south a small mountain solid mass (sierra) retains the clouds which are broken on its side... It results from it a low part hot and desert
which contrasts with a tropical forest of altitude where the nights are fresh..

That's one amazing scene, Herve. Desert and lush vegetation together. Quite unique. Your photo does justice to this beautiful landscape: composition, color, depth of field are all very good. TFS. Regards,
Hakan

Bonjour Herve,
Magnificent landscape of the Coro's Medanos, located in Falcon state!
I like so much the image builded here, half sand and half plant.
It represents very well the mix of desert and vegetations preent in so close distance.
Have you been in the sierra? It's a log way to climb, but then at the top you had a magnificent view of the Medanos and the Caribbean sea at the back, by the north side, and to the south you had a wonderful park with waterfalls and stunning views. It's a great trip there.
I'm glad you posted a so beautiful glimpse of my contry.
Congratulations and thanks for share it with us.
My best regards,
JM

Dear Herve, good POV, I like the way you have the fore ground, bushes, leading onto the sand dune in the back ground. The detail is good.
Well done
Regards
Patrick

Hello Herve,
First of all, welcome to TN!
I love this dream shot from Venezuela desert.
The plants in the foreground, the golden dune in the middle and a deep blue sky in the background make a superb composition.
Thanks for sharing this delightful image.
