great pose with the wings spread. interesting capture of a sick animal nice focus and colors.

Hi Stefan,

This is another nice shot of these birds although it is a sad story. I hate seeing injured wildlife. Your exposure and sharpness are excellent.

Evelynn : )

Hi Stefan,
nice shot for this gentle and caring features, really sad to hear that the male is injured, although its small chance to get naturally cured but hope the best for him. Nice POV and contrast, TFS

Hello Stefan,
What a sad discovery you made! I hope your series doesn't come to an end too soon. This shot is very well-timed of the male with his wings spread out above his nest. Sharp and nice colours. (I expect they're high up? Do you have the tripod up on a roof?)
TFS and best wishes, Ulla

Hi Stefan,
Nice telephoto capture. The timing is great. The injured leg is clearly seen. Very nice pov and composition. TFS.

Bonjour Stefan

On voit bien le travail de construction qui est commancé. Félicitations pour l'éclairage qui fait bien ressortir les couleurs. Bravo pour les détails et la composition.

Merci et au revoir...JP

Oh, this is so sad Stefan. I have lived the same thing with a Blue Jay (but I didn't see it near a nest though) It has an injured leg with an open wound... I saw it just when I transferred the picture on my computer... This is hard to see…

This is a nice capture in action with excellent details as usual and great POV. Please, keep us informed about the bird’s condition :) Thanks,
