Petasites Albus

[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Division: Magnoliophyta
Class: Magnoliopsida
Order: Asterales
Family: Asteraceae
Tribe: Senecioneae
Genus: Petasites
Subgenus: Petasites Albus (White Butterbur)
It was covering all the free area in a pine forest at an altitude of nearly 1400 meters in the Rila mountain. I found that this white version of the butterbur is typical for Scandinavia, but it only confirms pablominto's discovery, that mountain nature in Bulgaria is very similar to Norwegian nature.
I have added in a workshop the whole plant. |

Hello Anton,
I can see that there are lots of small flowers waiting to bloom. This is very good pov to show this White Butterbur. You did manage the exposure well with good color contrast. TFS this beautiful flower of Rila mountain.

Hello Anton,
Good details are captured in this delicate flower!
I like how you let it almost fill the frame, good sharpness and a fine colour palette!
Greetings,
