[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
While taking a walk along the lakeshore (Lake Erie) with my husband and our dogs, these Canadian Geese followed us along the shore quiet a ways. Honking as they swam along. I am assuming they had a nest nearby and were being sure we didn't get too close. Even my dog who normally loves to swim out to play with them knew he should keep his distance today!

Hi Donna,
Splendid shot. Lovely natural colours and low lighting to bring out the freshness and depth of the shot. I like the way the small waves in the water is making the Geeses dance with them. Very nicely composed. Kudos.

Hi Donna.
Nice lyrical picture, excellent cropping and very good composition of the shot. I also like lighting and colours of the picture. It is a pity a bit that sharpness is not very good despite excellent DOF and short exposure time. My best wishes and TFS.

with this kind of noise they hard to miss, smart dogs you got, when it comes to their young those geese can get vicious.
Very well captured, nice lighting and lovely colors.
