This is really a fantastic shot! One mom and 17 !!!! babies...you really have to be a super-mom for that :))
Despite having a macro lens, you really managed a splendid shot here!
The POV is really good and the low and warm evening light made sure you alse benefited by some lovely tones and shadows. The reflections on the water are also cahrming and add to the overall impect of the shot!
Great exposure and superb composition, my friend!

High cuteness factor is correct! This is adorable and you caught all 18! I love them and the ripples in the water. But what's the end of the story? Did the one mom keep all the kid or did the other mom get hers back?

What a big family you have pictured. It is really panoramic picture. Amazing pictured scene and impressive cropping. You are right: evening sun is so nice, mirror reflections on the water surface are wonderful as well as the great are DOF and sharpness of the image. Perfect job and my best wishes.

Beautiful scene, your title fit perfectly and remind me the song with the same name.
Beautiful and delicate compòsition with only water and reflections in it. Maybe a there is a lack of space near the adult bird and pic border, but´s the only thing that I can tell could be better, in my opinion, the rest is excellent.

Hi Scott,
Ever heard of the song with this title? When I saw it, it poped up immediately. It seems that this mom is the babysitter for the entire gang of geese. I've never seen some many chicks following one mother. Sharpness might not be the best, but the colors and light are wonderful. I really love the subtle green reflections.
