The "+++" : smart composition, subject, low point of view, sharpness,nice background, colors, exposure...
The "-" : note a bit small ;-)

Really most beautiful this view from beneath to ths sky. In my country there is a photographer who has published a few months ago a book on flowers with this kind of views. Excellent work.
