The Pioneer or Caper White, (Anaphaeis aurota), is a small to medium sized butterfly of the Family Pieridae, that is, the Yellows and Whites, which is found in South Asia.

This was taken in Butterfly park, in Bannerghatta park, near Bangalore.There are plenty of them in this park.I think these species change color, i mean to say, it becomes darker in different times of the season.I have taken this in hand held.
