description: not very long viper. length up to 80cm.
the body color - grey to dark grey/brown with dark spots all over the back.

active time: all over the day when the temp is good enough.

food: reptiles and rats.

distribution: first exposed in cedarwood grove near Bishara - north Lebanon in 1898.
in israel found in mount Hermon in 1967, after the war.
common in areas on height 1500m and up.
