Natrix maura comiendose una Rana perezi, es decir, una culebra de agua comiendose una rana comun.

La escena fue impresionante. Lo vi desde que la tenia cogida desde la pata y en unos tres minutos ya se la habia tragado. En la foto se puede ver como el ojo de la rana es bastante mas grande que el de la culebra. La mandibula la tiene desencajada para poder comersela... Daba casi mas apuro por la culebra que por la rana. La foto la tire desde justo encima y la culebra no me hacia ni caso, debia pensar que con lo que la habia costado coger la rana no la podia dejar abandonada...
La foto como foto es bastante mala, pero merece la pena por el momento. ¡Que digestion mas pesada debe tener!

Great capture for you aswell as the snake Alvaro. Sorry for the frog, but that's life.
Pity there is a piece of reed in front of the lower part of the snak's mouth and that there is some color noise in the image, but annyway youve done a fine job capturing this scene and I am jealaous because I would like to have seen a scene like this.

This is a fascinating moment captured. We have the chance to see just how the snake's jaw unhinges. Very good!

Not so sharp but indeed excellent action as you said.
It would have been good to remove the herb before to shoot the pic. Maybe you was afraid to frighten the snake.

Excelente oportunidad que tenemos el gusto de ver gracias a tu envío. No veía nada igual desde que eran niño y había arroyos, ranas y culebras (, pero no cámaras digitales e internet).
