c'est une véritable rencontre heureuse, comme quoi il ne faut jamais sous estimé le facteur chance. L'image est bien réalisée malgré l'effet de surprise, l'émotion est bien maîtrisée. Superbe netteté, son côté naif ressort à 100%.

It appears that you have a nice view from your country cottage. I know you wish for Internet access there, but it must be nice to enjoy the fresh air, sunshine, and the peace and quiet. The former Soviet Union has been through much in the past 20 years, but I hope for better times in the future.
The wait for your next post was well worth it. This is no "ordinary" photo in my opinion. It is an excellent view of your suprise visitor with bright eyes and a great attentive expression. The light is good and focus is sharp. I really like the very natural colors. The balanced composition is excellent with some natural vegetation and just enough empty space around your subject. I enjoyed your post very much!

It is really great to see you new picture! And here are my best congratulation because of this unique meeting with red fox! :>
According to picture I have to say that I really like it. The composition is very nice, also colours (I like a lot warm and delicate colouration), DOF and POV are very good. Fox was photographed in natural environment and bravo for that, especially that - as you marked, this species is rather rare in you region :>
Additional bravo for interesting and detailed note. I was not in Odessa region and only on Crimean Peninsula, but I had possibility to see all these things mentioned by you.
Thank you for very nice presentation and my best greetings from Lodz!

Well, the fox seems realy surprised by this encounter!
I like so much this beautiful and candid capture of this young animal, besides the unexpected moment you managed pretty well to build this excellent composition with the road and grasses.
It's so good the reading of your notes, to know a little more about your country, not from newspapers, instead by a real inhabitant.
Congratulations and thanks for share it.
My best regards,
Very good title:-), Alexei...and I'm surprised you'll explain it later (reading your note afterwards)

Amazing pose and look. Wonderful natural and harmonious earth-colours and excellent composition.
Hello my friend
Nice to have you back from vacation. Looking at the view from your window it is easy to understand how you can do without Internet and other "very important" modern things which we cannot do without. Years ago I had a dream of moving to a lonely place deep in the mountains of Norway when I became an old man. Well, I am still around but fortunately I have friends who take me on a hike to nature places from time to time. And even in a small country like Denmark we have some very nice places.
Alexei this is not an ordinary picture - it is an extraordinary picture. The fox is very charming and in good helth. The way it looks at you. is lovely and it looks more curious than alerted.
Very good sharpness with lovely details in the fox and the straws. Nice blurred background. Very natural colours.
Nice job and thanks for sharing this lovely creature.

an unexpected meeting - so well turned into a very clear picture! A moving document, very skilfully composed, with subtle colours that are telling of dry summer steppe.
The eye contact is emotionally touching. A lot of soul and friendliness in this fine story of a wise and alert animal making contact with you. In Latin, an "animal" is a creature with a soul, derived from the Latin word "anima" which means "soul". Your fox defintely is a very soulful creature. A wonderful document. My congratulations!

Hi again dear Alex
I don't know if you commented up to the last of my pictures (and I thank you so much for cheking them all) but I've got a big lot of your pictures to comment, and that will be a great and pleasant task as long as the time let me do it, for they are all so good and interesting, and I enjoy so much with each of them. I really envy those of you who meet such wonderful animals as this little fox in your way! It must be so exiting!!
Probably in that case I shouldn't be able to take a good shot, I should be too much amazed.
Magnificent job, my friend!
