|This family of swans appeared sudenely from behind a landing stage and I just managed to capture this shot before the cynets, one by one, jumped back into the water. This was the first time I have seen three on their mothers back all at the same time.|
I only had my phone with me, and the framing is consequenctly a bit tight. I thought about cropping even more, just to show the cygnets, but decided to keep mum in the picture.

Hehe Alan, Lovely shot, good colors and composition,
thanks for shared,
What a wonderful behaviour moment captured here, so sweet. Glad you kept mum in the frame, it looks great. There is a lack of image quality, I would say due to a mobile phone image but good on you for seeing it and sharing with us.
i can forgive the lack of quality for such a perfect pose and so cute, but can't bring myself to give full marks for a phone...
This is a gorgeous image and considering that you had to take this shot with the Nokia it's a good one as it comes to technical details.
Not as sharp and well lighted as it would have been with a SLR camera ofcourse, but still.
Composition is excellent and I love the high point of view looking upon the back of the swan with here little chicks up there.
You really have done a very good job on this one.
Thanks for sharing and the note.

Cute picture, the cynets protected between mum's feathers look great! Just a pity the quality, but well, lucky to have your mobile with you at that moment! Regards, Marta

Very nice point of view. With the phone the quality suffers a bit, but the picture is very appealing.
