[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
A glimpse of Birdcreek Meadows on the slopes of Mount Adams. A bit earlier in the year this field would be full of wildflowers. Next year I hope to visit earlier. This area is in the Yakima Indian Reservation and is only open June-October.

This looks like a nice hiking spot. Were you day hiking. Can one camp on the reservation? You managed good even exposure in this shot, and nice color saturation. Your composition is fine but I tried an alternate crop just for fun. Cropping an already small TN image causes loss of resolution and sharpness but I think one can get a idea of what I was trying to show.

Evelynn : )

Hi Lori
Vary nice landscape. Love the big blue sky and the tall trees on each side kind of frames the mountain peek and adds depth to the seen. good nature color. Maybe cropping a little off the top and bottom other then that it great. well done.
And I did recover from the bee bite. And was still able to get a shot of the Egret after scaring them off. LOL

Hi Lori, what a superb place to visit. And it looks such a wonderful day too. Those white whispy clouds give the whole scene a great look. It is well composed too. I like Evellynn's WS as well,
Thanks for sharing

Hello Lori,
Another shot from the beautiful Mt. Adams. I also love this trail to the point where the Goats are, a great location to get away from it all.
I did a small workshop and took out all the magenta from the rock that was missed in Evelyn's workshop, hope you two don't mind...
