Welcome back Clint. Your patience and artistic eye always shows in your photos. The focus on the eye is perfect. I do like the blurred background. I'm not as sure about the foreground. I think you may have missed a couple of places with the blur tool. If there was enough sharpness in the foreground in the original I may have opted to keep it there... but then again... maybe not. I'd have to see it. It is a special capture.
