|Looking almost due east. The day changed from wet and windy to almost cloudless and sunny within an hour. The horizon shows a slight curve, likely a lens effect, but i like to think it just shows the earth is round rather than flat.|

Does have that global look on the horizon but fits the image because of the long distance view you have given us, into infinity. A bit of a harsh light but the way you have used it to glisten on the water looks great. Lovely land/seascape.
A nice image of the southern point and of the Pacific ocean, the photo has a good composition, DOF and nice colors. Thanks for sharing.

Hola Murray. Muy hermosa la postal de este bello mar de tu pais. La iluminacion es exelente. Por tu comentario al parecer se acerca ya el invierno. Luis52.
Not all beaches are sandy beaches!
This one has character with the cliffs washed by the sea for ages, probably a nice place for some lazy fishing too...
Good diagonal, fine light and and shimmering water!

Excellent southern point and point of view. You have shared and very nice picture of the cute place. Amazing play of sunlight. Very nice reproduction of the sea surface. Lovely lights and colours and superb composition. TFS and best regards.
