[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Dolium galea, one of the largest gastropod species of the Aegean Sea, usually lives on sandy bottoms covered with sea grass (Posidonia sp.). This specimen was collected between Yeni and Eski Foça - İzmir, from a depth of 20 m by an otter trawl. The cleared shell was photographed on a dark background under available light plus a passive white reflector. The natural purplish color is emphasized.

Değerli hocam,
Dünyada pembe rengin bu kadar güzel üzerinde taşıyan başka bir canlı olmasa gerek. Bütün resimleriniz güzel ama en dikkat çekeni de "Dolium galea", çunkü ışık son derece pozitif kullanılmış.
