[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Atlantic Grey Seal pup taken at Donna Nook Nature Reserve last year. This is the largest breeding colony of these seals in the UK, and the breeding ground is easily accessible for people to visit and see the seals being born in the seal nursery area.

However, for a slightly less crowded experience and better photographic opportunities, it pays to slog the mile or so through the mud and out to the sand bar there. This is only open at weekends as it is used as a RAF live firing range during the week. Here there are less seals, but better opportunities to photograph them on the white sand of the sand bar.

One of the "nicest" real wildlife shoots in the UK... and just happens to be our destination for tomorrow morning.

Hello Miles, a super soft and fluffy Seal Pup with wonderful mirror like large eyes. It has a cute factor of ++++. Very well focused and clear and sharp close up. Perfect exposure and very well composed. Great and very interesting note.

Hi Miles
You captured young innocence here. The large soft eyes of this baby Grey Seal are so expressive. The soft light creates a quiet mood. Well composed and sharp detail.
