Classic but hence not very original picture of the Edible frog (Rana klepton esculenta) This specimen shows more features of Rana ridibunda. In the whole synklepton it is presumably more related to R.r. than to Rana lessonae.

DOF is balanced neatly to empahsize the model, loved it...

Hi Jacob,
a fine picture. especially since it is scanned.
Very good POV and compostion, lovely colours and good sharpness.
The OOF infront of the frog look a bit strange.
Well done.

Hi Jacob,
Excellent macro of the frog. Colors and soft BG also good. TFS.

Mooi portret met 'kennis van zaken' duiding.
Bedankt Jacob.

Hi Jacob,
As usual, you are very good with a frog shot, perfect POV and DOF, sharp limited focus and a giant glinting eye! very good indeed. TFS.

Hi Friend! Nice capture! Well done friend. Details still exist althougt you scanned it from diapositive freind. Well done.

Hello again!
It is time to write some more words to pictures which I overlooked :)
In this frog photo I especially like pose of the amphibian. It looks like just before a jupm! Nice lov POV and good DOF.
I like also a "habitat", because this "species" is usually found in the water :)
Best withes and all the best!
