Hello friends in TN,

Two minutes walk from my doorstep after crossing the bridge, I ended up with this flock of heron. The freshly cut rice field (as one can see in the foreground) provides ample food for this migratory birds. The tracks left by the combine harvesters create puddle of water rich with small fish and insects.

Hi Jusni. 2 in 1. Wonderfull landscape and a lot of birds, great!! Thanks for share this nice work, have a nice day,Luciano

Interesante toma Jusni.

Hi Jusni

You have a beautifull landscape nearby. You captured it really well, and the Herons are a bonus on this picture. Well done!

TFS, Thijs

Hi Jusni, I have never seen more than a couple of Herons together so this is a new kind of scene for me. The composition of this scene is very good, but from a light and colour point of view it can be better. I would like to be able to demonstrate this to you but I have run out of workshops. I don't know what kind of software you have Jusni but I have played with it a little myself with photoshop and can tell you that by pulling in the white points in levels, and adding some light and making even a simple contrasting s-curve you will see a huge improvement.

Edit Note: Since doing this critique I have discovered that my monitor may be out of calibration (too dark). This is something that we all should check once in a while. There are some Calibration Check bars at the bottom of the screen. In my case (with my "old faithful" monitor) I can't differentiate between 0-2. It's time for a new monitor. My apologies to Jusni on my first review. I thought it was good to begin with, now I think its even better.

Thanks, John
