All depends on the fact whether you like fish or not... I don't, but don't be afraid, I would like to discover this place anyway. It sounds good: hiking, a lake, a forest... hmm, certainly some fine subjects for the lens of a camera!

Hi Pablo,
i'm not one for fishing to be honest, i don't have the patience to sit still all day, i like to keep moving! However, this is a truly great looking spot!
Nicely framed to allow us a teasing glimpse of that lake through the trees, with great summer colours throughout.

OH YES!! I can imagine..The first glimpse brings up the hairs on the back of my neck..are the rumours right..eyes scouring across the lake for a sign of a rise..Looking for a sign of a hatch..any entemological signs as to how to approach this challenge from the box..nymph, buzzer , dry.
A great picture and a great note.
And did it produce for you?

I can fully understand you since I like flyfishing as well. What kind of gear do you use?
The glimps of the lake through the trees is great and gives it a bit of mistery on what to expect. The contrast of the blue sky and dried scrubs is great.

Another very nice landscape from you, my friend.
So are a fisher, too? I didn't know that :)
I have a few friends that have this hobby, too and they would definitely understand you a lot better than i do, but i will do my best :)
Until then, i see a very interesting composition here - with the main element (the lake) hidden a bit by the trees, adding a bit of mistery to the scene.
Other than that, some splendid natural colors and surroundings make this place so beautiful.
Good luck in your hobby this season...but don't catch too many ;)

I guess that with fish becoming scarcer in our seas, stocks in inland waters will now be even more important. I used to fish when I was younger but now I only eat them! A fresh fried grayling is unbeatable!
I like the composition very much in this spring shot, the treelines leading to the tantalising blue water in the middle and the lighting and colours are great!
