[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note

A area of the Grand Canyon, a beautiful place to visit and to photograph. There are numerous lookout points along the East Rim drive which give the occasion to take nice photos. A Kodak Gold 200 negative which was scanned using a Minolta Dimage Dual Scan IV.

Hi Pierre. Another good perspective looking into the largest canyon in USA. The horizon seemed slightly tilted so in the WS it is adjusted slightly and the contrast tweeked 2 points using Photofiltre. TFS. Murray.

Bonjour Pierre,
Belle prise de vue du Grand Canyon en Arizona, superbe capture et détails, jolies couleurs pour un photo scannée, j'aime bien cette prise de vue..

Pierre,
Nice composition on this shot. The Grand Canyon is a beautiful place to visit.
I've noticed I lose a lot of richness in a photo when I try to scan a film shot and then transfer it to this site.
I viewed your gallery and all I can say is WOW! It's very impressive. I love your Barn Owl pic especially. Thanks for sharing your photos and experiences with everyone.

Hello Pierre

An awe inspiring view of the canyon. It really makes one wonder how long and how much activity it took to carve this out of the rock.
The POV is amazing.

Hello Pierre,
The haze helps to creat a fine feeling of depth!
A well framed view of the site, maybe a harsh piece of nature but beautiful to look at...
Greetings,
