[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
the Guineafowl is common and sometimes they are kept as pets along with chickens, I remember that we had a bunch of them at my grandma's farm in Brazil.. This was taken at the Phoenix Zoo, they run free over there.

The Vulturine Guineafowl (Acryllium vulturinum) is the largest and most spectacular of the guineafowl bird family, Numididae, and is the only member of the genus Acryllium. It is a resident breeder in northeast Africa, from southern Ethiopia through Kenya and just into northern Tanzania.

Wow... The word "Vulturine" brings visions of vultures, but this bird is infinitely more beautiful than any vulture native to North America.

Well captured. Good color, composition, focus and a very nice documentary presentation.

Hi Everton,

You introduce us to the most unusual creatures. Wonderful shot of this Guineafowl in all his glory. Beautifully colored plummage shown in good detail. The face with the big eye looks so small for his body.

Hi Evereton,

Gigantisc body for such a little head, this bird is very special to look at! Nice natural colours with good lighting, I like the low point of view, it makes the Guineafowl looks very dominant on your image. Well done!

Vaya curiosodad de Ave Everton, publicas unas especies muy interesantes y desconocidas en estas latitudes. Bella toma en conjunto por el ángulo, encuadre y colores.
