Despite strong symmetric composition I like this picture so much. You managed to create a crisp sharp image of the fine butterfly on so impressive tall stem. Lights and bright colours are simply terrific. I am also impressed with wonderfulness of the smooth and colourful BG. Bravo and TFS.

What a great macro image you are showing us here.
Not only a beautiful butterfly, but a beautiful flower to.
Superb composition and great clarity, sharpness, DOF and exposure.
Love the wonderful light, colors, soft BG and details.
The way the flower and the butterfly do stand out against the soft color tones in background is great.

You did a very unusual photo. Very interesting way of managing the light as it seems coming bouth from the viewer and from behind the sunject. Good sahrp image with excelent colors.

Bonjour Antonio,
Très charmante image de ce beau machaon. Tu as eu beaucoup de chance d'en voir déjà à cette saison.J'aime beaucoup l'espace que tu as laissé autour du papillon, cela rend l'image plus intéressante et narrative. Très bel arrière-plan aussi.
