Both of them are so fine specimens Haraprasan, but the one below is s÷mething else again! such a symmetrical beauty with partly transparent wings, and both captured expertly in great detail. I'm sure our friend Ram will love this double dedication.

Awfully sorry for missing out this tremendous set of two moths you dedicated to me. No excuses; I am paying heavily for my erratic appearances on TN.
These are two very colourful moths you have put together. The lower one resembles some of mine which had created a bit of controversy on their ID more than a year ago.
Both the specimens are very well captured.

top one is an Amata sp., bottom one is a female Syntomoides imaon.
both species are placed in Noctuidae, Arctiinae, Syntominae
