[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
My first post for some while. The sunshine is at last here in England and I have had some time today to get out in the garden and see what is moving. This is clearly Damsel-Fly season with a vengeance and there are dozens of these little chaps flying around enjoying the wetaher and looking for mates. It is, of course, Enallagma cyathigerum, the Common Blue Damsel Fly. No rarities in the garden as I'm too much in suburbia, but very nice all tyhe same to see a host of these loveley blue insects dancing among the plants. And, yes, we have standing water at the back boundary to keep their breeding going for next year.

The picture taken hand-held with manual focus in bright English sunshine, for a change!!
