[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
As I escorted a few friends across the street after dinner late last night when we noticed this incredibly large beetle slowly crawling across the street. I seized the moment and grabbed my gear for a few photos. I placed him on a barstool and used my hotshoe flash for some fill light. As you can see he was very defensive and even territorial at times. I am not sure what this particular beetle is but it measured over 1.5 inches. I'll look it up and edit this note later.
