[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
On Sunday I went to the gorge to do a little hiking and check out some water falls. This one here, because of its horsetail-shaped is, you guessed it, Horsetail Falls. The height of the falls is 176feet and is located on the Columbia Gorge Scenic Hwy just east of Multnomah Falls.
Thanks for looking.

Hi Tom

Good capture, maybe the falls are a little to central. But the contrast with the surrounding green vegetation is very good. Good long exposure.

Man what height that falls has. Must have sounded as impressive as it looks...The flowing water works super well here Tom...How about getting in a canoe and doing some straight up shots at high speed..:-) If I were only young enough and strong enough I would be tempted at a radical angle...

Beautiful falls Tom,
Spectacular shot with great color and motion. Love the vertical angle you chose in order to show off it's immense size.
If you keep posting these wonderful falls shots, Rosie will have me start packing and taking her westward for vacations from now on.
