Nice shot of this bee and flower, nice color.

But this is actually a Bumble Bee, Honey Bees are smaller and are colored a lot differently. And the sac (which is called the pollen sac) on its legs is full of pollen, not nectar. They eat the nectar, and regurgitate it back at the hive, that's how they collect nectar.
