What a delightful and colourful image of this Woodchat Shrike. This is a very handsome bird and you have captured it in a perfect close-up pose. The different coloured of layered plumage is vivid and very bright and the details of the beak are displayed well. I like the rusted brown patch within the head feathers. The framing and composition are done excellently. A pleasant image with great natural colours and light. I like the pose in which you have captured the bird from behind, displaying its back feathers in all its glory and splendour. Thank you very much for sharing. I enjoyed this one, as this is a lovely bird.

I'm not sure if I have seen this handsome bird before. You captured him in a wonderful pose showing off his nice profile, beautiful colors and finely detailed plummage. The face is excellent - I love that color combination. Superb background and composition.
